Klozur® CR is a single, formulated product consisting of high pH - activated Klozur® Persulfate and PermeOx® Plus engineered calcium peroxide, uniting the strengths of both products to treat contaminant source zones and down-gradient plumes. Klozur® CR can be utilized as a combined remedy for the treatment of BTEX, MTBE, PAHs and petroleum hydrocarbons, or as a high-pH activated persulfate system for the destruction of chlorinated solvents and pesticides. As a result, the product can be readily applied to either source areas or plumes with mixed petroleum and chlorinated solvents contamination.

Klozur® CR can be applied directly to or mixed in the soil or formulated into aqueous slurries and injected into the subsurface with direct push rods and wells. This formulation allows Klozur® CR to provide self-activated persulfate oxidation without any additional chemicals, or mixing or labor and long term oxygen release up to one year.

Flexible and safe to handle, Klozur® CR treats a wide range of recalcitrant compounds. It provides a true treatment train approach, coupling source zone remediation with plume control and treatment.
