Cornelsen can offer a very wide range of groundwater pumping systems including:
- Electric submersible pumping systems with basic level control or frequency control;
- Pneumatic top or bottom filling total fluids pumps;
- Free-phase product (LNAPL) skimming systems;
- DNAPL and Coal Tar recovery system
Many of our system comprise combination of the above pumping systems, for example the dual-phase approach of electric submersible pumps with LNAPL skimming pumps.
Tech Tip: Installing the submersible pumps deeper within the well can greatly reduce the concentrations of dissolved phase organic contaminants which require treatment and yet still achieve the desired cone of depression.
Tech Tip: The addition of Soil Vapour Extraction to LNAPL skimming or Total Fluids abstraction can greatly increase the product recovery rate (Vacuum Enhanced Product Recovery). Sometime in excess of 100% improvement.
